Geocaching Challenge

The Planet Adventure Geocaching Challenge is a family friendly (beginner to intermediate level) race where you and your team will search for hidden caches using a GPS receiver. The race will require minimal gear and include hiking, walking and driving. You may be faced with some puzzle like clues while you search and log your visits on your passport (provided). Team members start and finish the race together, taking on the challenges and working together along the way.
Planet Adventure will give you GPS coordinates to a set of specific cache locations. Each cache will have a different point value based on the distance from the start/finish area, as well as the difficulty of the hide. You will have 3 hours total to find and earn as many points as possible, while still returning to the finish before time runs out (penalty points will be assessed for late finishers so be on time).
Remember... Sometimes you cannot navigate directly to a cache by going straight in the direction your GPS receiver points - there might be a river or other obstacle in the way. It is up to you to find the best route to each cache, remembering to respect the environment and your fellow teams... Seems pretty easy!
