Boot Camp 2010 has been Postponed

We did not have the interest level required to make this event happen in 2010. We will reschedule for 2011 and get feedback from racers interested in these types of events.

Planet Adventure Training Opportunities

We offer various training programs throughout the year that cover basic adventure racing strategy, navigation, cycling, ropes, paddling, gear, etc.

Planet Adventure is excited to announce our Adventure Racing Boot Camp weekend at Eagle Creek Park, Indianapolis.

This will be a great training event for beginners through experienced racers... a great spring tune-up or training session for you. In this event we will have a sprint length course setup for you to use over an 16 hour period. You'll be able to practice each leg in whatever order you want or race the entire course for time...as many times as you want... in the daylight or in the dark.

The registration will be an individual registration, but we encourage you to bring your teammates and maybe even split up into different groups, racing in different roles to gain new experiences.

Date: March 13-14

Location: Eagle Creek Park, Indianapolis

• Start/TA Area: Marina
• Parking: Peace Learning Center & Earth Discovery Center Parking Lots
• Sorry, no overnight camping in the park

Fees: Individual entry, $55 Per Racer, park entry included.

• Multiple Passports & Instruction Sets included
• Clincs are included
• Paddles & PFD Rental - FREE (you may bring your own)
• Harnesses & Climbing Gear Rental - FREE (you may bring your own)

Gear: See Gear List, Nurpu River & Mountain Supply will have special gear deals on site.

• The entire course will be within the park property, open from 10:00am through 2:00am (no leg starts after 1:00am)
